What do we have to pay and what not ?

There is no workshop fee to cover any communal expenses at the workshop.

But all payments relating to your travel, accommodation and meals must be paid individually. I.e. you check into the hotel (Los Tucanes or other hotel in Villa Tunari) and keep a personal tab that you pay before departure. And you purchase and pay for all tickets and other travel costs to get from home to Villa Tunari and back home again.

Obviously, for some of you, your institutional sponsor in the project will pick up the expenses, but this is between you and them.
