Update on Work-Packages & Participating Institutions

Please combine your WP-updates and your institutional updates.

For WP-update we ask each work-package leader to prepare an update of 1. The content of the work-package, 2. Which arrangements have been made with the institutions contributing to the work package, 3. Which students contribute to the work-package, 4. A time-line for the activities, 5. Products and Deliverables from the work-package.

For instituional updates, we ask each institutional representative to prepare an update on 1. The administrative situation for the project in the instituion (handling of funds, reimbursements, financial reporting, etc.), 2. The institutional contribution to each work-package (which arrangements have been made, etc. ?). This obviously overlaps the update on work-packages, but try to see it from an institutional point of view. Is the plan in the Document of Work (DoW, Annex 1) adequate? Must it be revised? Can your institution deliver to each of the work-packages as originally planned? Could your institution contribute to a work-package for which it is not mentioned in the DoW?
